1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan. Licenses are per-site unless otherwise stated.

2. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or modify the plugin for distribution. You may not remove copyright notices or attempt to bypass license validation.

3. Updates & Support

Active licenses receive automatic updates and email support. Support duration and response times vary by plan tier.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@magnawebstudios.com for refund requests.

5. Limitation of Liability

Magna Web Studios is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our plugins. Plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate licenses for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete the plugin from all sites.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
